It allows you to browse our site and put items on hold, to create a preview and save it or email it to a friend. You can shut down your computer and return later, the next day, week or even month, and find your work waiting for you!
How do I register?Registration is simple, EASY, and FREE. You need only fill in your name, email address and a password.
I lost my password!No problem - go to Lost Password and we'll email your password to you.
Printing and Delivery Time.Printing time, or turnaround time, is the time it takes the printers to print your order. Delivery time is the total of printing time PLUS shipping time. The turnaround time varies by manufacturer, but you can see it on the "Zoom View" page for every item on our site. Click here to see an example. Then, depending on how you choose to have your order shipped, next day, two day, three day or standard ground, you can easily calculate when your order will arrive.
PLEASE NOTE: Selecting Two Day shipping does not mean you'll receive your order in two days. It means you'll receive your order in two days PLUS the amount of time it takes the manufacturer to print your particular selection.
Your confirmation email will also give you an estimate of when to expect your purchase to arrive.
Rush Service. Many of our printers offer rush service, for a fee. If you need your order in a rush, please email us at customerservice@papyruscustomprinting.com or put your request in the Special Instructions box on the Preview page. We'll let you know if we can meet your deadline and what the additional charge will be.
Checking Out. Checking out is easy and we've provided you with a lot of links so you can save your items in your cart and complete your transaction later. You can go back and edit the quantity and options on your order or even re-do your entire preview. It's easy to check your whole order over one more time before you enter your credit card information and complete your transaction.
Shopping Cart. Your shopping cart has two sections, the "On Hold" and the "Ready to Buy". Items on hold are saved from wherever you last worked with them – perhaps from a quick view in a gallery or after experimenting with wording and typestyles. Clicking on "Complete my order" lets you complete the customization and moves the item to "Ready to Buy" so you can complete your purchase.

Sales Tax.
Companies selling over the Internet are subject to the same sales tax collection requirements as any other retailers. Remote sellers (including Internet retailers and catalog companies) are generally required to collect taxes where they have a physical selling presence (i.e.: retail store or office location). If they do not have any such presence, they are not required to collect sales taxes.
The Internet Tax Freedom Act (ITFA) has been renewed through October 31, 2007. Please note, the ITFA was primarily intended to prevent state and local governments from imposing new or discriminatory taxes on Internet transactions and on Internet access. Despite the name of the Act, ITFA does not preclude state and local governments from imposing existing sales tax collection requirements on companies selling over the Internet.
How Sales Tax is Calculated.
The amount of sales tax charged depends upon many factors, including the type of item purchased, and the destination of the shipment.
If an item is subject to sales tax in a state to which it is shipped, tax is generally calculated on its total selling price. In accordance with state tax laws, the total selling price of an item generally includes item-level shipping and handling charges, discounts, and gift-wrap charges.
The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order was shipped. Therefore, the sales tax rate applied to your order may be different for an order shipped to your home address than it is for an order for the very same items shipped to your work address.
Estimated Tax.
Many factors can change between the time you place an order and the time your order is shipped. Therefore, the amount appearing on your order may differ from the sales taxes ultimately charged. For example, tax law changes may occur between order placement and credit card charge authorization that could result in an increase or decrease in taxes charged.
Using a Coupon Code. If you have a coupon code, it can be entered in the box on the Shipping page when you checkout. Your new total will be calculated and will appear on the following page after you click "Continue" and before you enter your credit card number. Gift Cards. Papyrus gift cards are currently not redeemable online. Papyrus gift cards can be purchased and redeemed at Papyrus stores only.

Cancellations. Please understand that cancellation fees or charges for reprinting may apply for any orders that are cancelled or revised after they have been placed.
Card Details. Every product on our site has it's own "Zoom View" page which displays a larger view of the product as well as a number of details about it, such as a detailed description to give you an idea of the quality (like a wine list!), size, printing type, paper weight, turnaround time, and more.
Changes. What if I need to make a change after I have placed my order? Please contact us immediately and we will try to make your change. If your order has already gone to print, there may be a charge for reprinting or revising your order. It is for this reason that we encourage you to carefully examine your preview and take advantage of our "Email a Friend" feature to get a second opinion before you place your order.
Hold. How do I place an item on Hold? You can place an item on hold at several points during the shopping process. Simply click on the "Hold" envelope icon to immediately place the item you are viewing on hold. You'll be taken to your shopping cart, where you can view it and either complete your order or continue shopping. Items are held "On Hold" in your shopping cart so that you can shut down your computer and come back to finish up the next day, week or even month.

Online Preview. One of the greatest advantages of using PapyrusCustomPrinting.com, the online preview lets you see and revise your typestyle, ink color and wording choices. Do you want to see exactly how your text will be printed? Order a typesetter's proof from the manufacturer for a fee.
Quantity. Most items are sold in quantities of 25. You can decide how many you want to order after you create your preview. You'll also have an opportunity to review and change the quantity from your shopping cart, before you check out.
Returns. Custom printed items are not returnable. If the order you received is not consistent with your online preview, or if it is damaged or defective, we will happily reprint your order at no additional charge. PapyrusCustomPrinting.com is not responsible for any typographical or layout errors that were approved during the on-screen previewing process.
Search Tips. Use the two dropdown menus on the upper left of most pages in combination with a keyword to find what you're looking for. Also, SmartSearch is a very powerful tool. Use it to narrow down your search to just the few items that suit your needs precisely. For example, you can find inexpensive birth announcements that can ship in 2 days by making those selections on SmartSearch. Alternatively, if you only want engraved wedding invitations, select just "Wedding Invitations" and "Engraved" on SmartSearch.
